Storbie | Product Update: October 2025

October’s release focused on improving reliability and usability across the platform. We’ve addressed critical issues with data imports, abandoned cart emails, payment gateway tax handling, and mobile form usability to ensure smoother operations.

Bug Fixes

Data Imports

  • Hamacher data imports were skipping classifications (resolved).
  • Hamacher missing classifications issue fixed.
  • SkuLibrary images were not being imported due to property name changes (fixed).

Forms & Usability

  • CDS: Changed Date of Birth field to a specific format text field for improved mobile usability.
  • Recaptcha: Ensured users don’t get stuck if they click out without completing the challenge.

Marketplace & Display

  • Marketplace search: Moved the ZIP code to appear after the state in store addresses for AU and USA.

Content & Paging

  • Distributed Content Cache locking issue resolved.
  • Paging now works correctly for App Managed Content.

Store Locator

  • Group Store Locator: Searching by name and clicking a result no longer prompts for login.

Checkout & Orders

  • Delivery instructions/notes from checkout are now sent to SVS.
  • Payment Gateway Fee Tax was incorrectly sent as 0 to Xero when a shipping discount was applied (fixed).

Emails & Notifications

  • Repeated abandoned cart emails sent to customers due to fatal exceptions (resolved).
  • Excessive abandoned cart emails being sent (fixed).
