Storbie | Product Update: September 2025

We’ve rolled out a mix of critical bug fixes, new features, and technical improvements to enhance stability and functionality across the platform. From improved product promotions and GST fixes to new form builder capabilities and content pack functionality, this release is packed with updates.

  • Product Import Enhancements:
    • Support for additional descriptions in product imports:

  • New Form Builder:
    • Built with Svelte.
    • QS1 forms migrated to new builder.
  • Content Pack for Store Listings:
    • Create websites as copies of another using content packs.
    • Changes to one site can propagate to linked sites.
  • Template Site Feature Flag:
    • Create apps using template site ID and install on target sites.
  • Cornerdrugstore Updates:
    • QS1 Refill Form App enhancements:
      • Validation method options: DOB, Last Name, Rx Number.
      • Success messages include refill lead time and shop opening hours.

      • Improved alignment of response pop-up.

    • Userway widget error pop-up resolved.
    • Reply-to email for patient form confirmations now uses shop contact email.
    • QS1 and PioneerRx forms: restrict field editing on load screen.
  • Added Shop Name to marketplace search.
  • PioneerRx Refill Form:
    • Built with same Svelte content items as QS1 (integration pending).
  • Website content and UI updates:
    • Added Button option in RichText content items with link functionality.
    • Disabled PDF download of Inbox messages for admins without data access (data masking enforced).
    • Permanently enabled feature flag: ContentStyleV2.

Bug Fixes

Promotions & Pricing

  • Increased max limit on product sale promotion to allow discounting each unit price up to $10,000.
  • GST display bug fixed: invoices now show GST correctly when payment method changes (calculation was always correct).

Content & Display

  • Fixed Opening Hours content item so horizontal lines no longer span the full width.
  • Removed inclusion of "Master Items" content item in JSON when exporting a page as a content pack.
  • Hidden products no longer appear in search dropdown (previously caused 404 errors for customers).
  • Removed bonus squiggly in AuPost Wizard.
  • Fixed newline formatting in additional descriptions for export files.

Rich Text & Links

  • Enabled telephone link setup in formatted text items using RichTextV2.

Integrations & Orders

  • Provet Integration: Dropshipping order status now updates correctly.
  • Fixed recurring order failure caused by ShoppingCartDeliveryStateException due to missing ShopShippingGroupMethodId.

Invoices & Documents

  • Print invoice now generates PDFs in the correct order (previously random).

Bookings & Scheduling

  • Booking slot is now released after cancellation (undeleted calendar entry issue resolved).

Technical

  • Dynamics metadata updated to resolve out-of-date issues.

Text tokens

  • Improved token handling:
    • Stops throwing errors if closing tag is missing.
    • Tag matching is now case-insensitive.
